Try these steps to help... try to eat healthy & balanced meals, limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine, drink plenty of water, and eat a breakfast that includes some protein.
Breathing and relaxation
Breathing and Relaxation can help you look after yourself when you are feeling stressed or worried. Relaxation might not make what you are stressed or worried about go away. But it can give you a mental break from these feelings and help you refocus. There are lots of different exercises you can try... do whatever works best for you.
