It’s that time again when Aspire are gearing up for the next semester! They have 8 classes to choose from:
- Mindful Colouring
- Digital Inclusion
- Seated Exercise and Relaxation
- Introduction to Drumming
- Aspire to Change
- Positive Choice
- Wild Gardening
- Dance Fit
To enrol with Aspire for classes, you must contact them directly and enrol themselves. This is to ensure that you are at the stage of readiness that is required to attend and engage with their classes.

Classes commence on Monday 16th of January 2023. There is a £3 enrolment fee. We have a free Creche available for under 5’s for when the women are attending their class or group with us.
