All courses are free, they have been co-developed and co-facilitated by somebody who has lived experience of mental health.

Courses are designed to contribute to your recovery and wellbeing, supporting you to recognise your own talent and resourcefulness in order to become an expert in your own self management; make informed choices and achieve the things you want from life.
