What is Ocean Choices’ Dementia and Learning Disability Day Service?
Ocean Choices is an an Advanced Community Outreach and Support organisation providing quality dementia care to South Tyneside. Their Mission is to provide quality person-centred programmes that support individuals and their caregivers while promoting health, wellbeing and maintaining community connections.
Their Adult Day Programmes provide engaging activities for people with physical or cognitive challenges and people living with dementia.

Forget-Me-Not Memory Cafe
Ocean Choices’ dementia cafe is open fortnightly every Thursday. It is an opportunity to socialise, meet friends and make new ones. They provide entertainment, music, afternoon tea, bingo and raffles. Everything is free, they just want you to enjoy yourself.
