We off a range of creative activities that encourage people to eventually develop greater independence. We aim to highlight the skills, talents and abilities of our service users and to challenge the wider community perception of people with learning disabilities and dementia and importantly to set outcomes for each individual.

With the help of a personal development plan we provide learning disability support services for individuals in a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment. We are encourage our service users to learn and self-develop and people living with dementia to retain their independence for as long as possible. Our service looks after clients with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism.

We also place great importance on providing individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities, to support each individual in their ongoing development.

We support our staff through effective management, training opportunities and career progression. We are committed to providing our employees with the best training available, ensuring that our service users are always looked after by highly-experienced social care workers.
