“Household Support 3” will be available from November 2022 to the end of March 2023. This support is for individuals who did not receive the main range of Cost-of-Living Payments from the government. Although, there are exceptions to this; organisations can still offer support to households that have had the main range of Cost-of-Living payments but are still in need or where the payments did not cover need.
Examples of potential support could include….
- Payment towards prepayment meters or other fuel bills
- Supermarket vouchers for food and other items
- Payment towards other bills (water, broadband, and landline)
- Goods to support energy efficiency or keep people warm – such as draft excluders, energy efficient light bulbs, keep warm packs/electric blankets
