In addition, they run with KEY – another charity – a project called Key2Life, which aims to alleviate poverty. It includes a Food Bank, ‘Food and Fun’ holiday programme and School uniforms 4 All.

Executive Lead Job Opportunity

Employer:   Churches Together in South Tyneside
Contract Type:  Fixed term – funding has been secured for the next two years.
Hours:  Part Time – 21 hours per week (with some flexible working)

Fixed salary: £ 22,659 p.a.  +  workplace pension 5% (£37,000 f.t.e)

To support Churches Together in South Tyneside in their future, they are seeking an experienced person, to collaborate with their Project Leaders and creative talented teams on the delivery of their programmes, to ensure that project targets are achieved and that their service provision continues to meet their high standards and the needs of their beneficiaries and stakeholders.

You will have experience and a track record in performance and people management and will work alongside the Trustees to support the development and growth of the charity.  You will have the ability to be innovative and creative in your approach, and the people skills and confidence to motivate a team of staff and volunteers to exceed expectations in delivering our services.
