Carers Trust is the leading UK-wide charity for the nation’s 7 million unpaid carers. Together with our Network Partners, we provide support, information, advice and services for anyone caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend.
Eight out of ten carers struggle with loneliness and isolation as a result of their caring responsibilities. The pandemic has intensified many of the challenges that carers were already experiencing, and the impact will be felt for some considerable time to come. Carers Trust developed a new programme aimed at supporting unpaid carers to access respite and is launching an appeal to fund the programme.
The Triangle of Care Manager role has responsibility for leading the implementation of the Triangle of Care, supporting the measurable improvement of Triangle of Care participants for Carers within mental health services, including increased participation in the standard.  This role is the key point of communication for Triangle of Care members and will work closely with the Head of UK Network Development and Executive Director of Programmes & Impact to ensure the future sustainability of the programme, in line with Carers Trust 2022-25 Strategy.
