Autistic / ADHD Women’s Support Group
Creative Minds hold a monthly women’s support group. The support group was set up to support women who are curious whether they could be autistic/ADHD, are newly diagnosed or awaiting assessment. Although, all autistic women are welcome (age 18+).
Did you know that women are far less likely to receive the correct diagnoses, and are not diagnosed until later in life? This leads to misdiagnosis of certain mental health conditions such as bipolar, borderline personality disorder and depressions which can lead to further trauma.
Thanks to the Aviva foundation, this group is free of charge, however, there is a £1 booking fee.
