Breaking down barriers, bite by bite
My Sisters’ Kitchen is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of adults in Sunderland and South Tyneside.Â
They run a pop-up pizza project, Raising Dough, which offers practical, hands-on training opportunities to individuals who encounter challenges in securing employment, pursuing education, and living authentically, especially those dealing with mental health issues, neurodivergent, or other disabilities. Their team have lived experience of these challenges and provides a caring, nurturing environment to help individuals achieve their full potential.
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, we can now run our Raising Dough PizzApprentice programme.
Raising Dough PizzApprentice
