What is Sunderland Carers Centre?
Sunderland Carers Centre is an independent charity which offers a confidential information, advice and support service to carers throughout the City of Sunderland (including Houghton-le-Spring, Hetton-le-Hole, Easington Lane and Washington). Their services are confidential, non-judgemental and impartial and we are the “centrepoint” of support for all unpaid carers in Sunderland.
What vacancies are available?
Their team is looking to recruit dynamic, self-motivated individuals to embed carers support services through a whole family integrated approach across the City of Sunderland. They have a number of vacancies available:
- Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Information, advice, and Support (IASS) Co-ordinator
- Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Information, advice, and Support (IASS) Lead
- Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Information, advice, and Support (IASS) Lead (Children & Young People)
- Young Carer and Family Support Link Worker (Maternity Cover)
- Carer and Family Support Link Worker
- Young Carer and Family Support Link Worker
- Trustee (Unpaid)
