At Sunderland Talking Therapies we offer a number of therapies, classes and groups to help with a range of common mental health difficulties.
We can help you to:
- Learn more about common symptoms and how they affect you
- Learn effective coping strategies to help to improve your wellbeing
- Cope better with future difficulties
Sunderland Talking Therapies is a partnership organisation comprising of:
The organisations work in partnership to provide assessments and a range of treatments for people with common mental health problems. These may include Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress and Panic.
We see adults from the age of 16 upwards (not in Year 11 or below) who live within the Sunderland, Washington and Houghton area. If you live outside of these areas and wish to access a Talking Therapies service, please speak to your GP
