We provide information and support to you and your family. We offer a warm and friendly welcome at our meetings on the first Thursday of the month between 10.30am and 12.30pm at Woodridge Gardens, Oxclose Road, Washington, NE38 7NL.

Our meetings are social and informal where people can relax and talk in a supportive atmosphere. We have a variety of activities including demonstrations, trips out and guest speakers. Joining our group gives an opportunity to discuss any worries or problems with those who have similar concerns. We look forward to meeting you!
