Low Simonside Community Centre

With a Voluntary Management Committee, staff and volunteers we aim to be a Centre for all the Community. All age groups are considered when developing projects and activities. The health of the community is an important part of our work, and we endeavour to provide for social needs as well as physical, recreational and cultural needs. We have play groups, youth clubs, play development, boxing, karate, dance projects for the young people. We have groups and sections including creative crafts, sculpture and woodwork, art and social afternoons and excursions. We organise play schemes, family fun days and we celebrate festivals. We host the free NHS Check with regular health information open days.
