7 Dimensions Wellness CIC

7 Dimensions create opportunities for conversation, friendship and peer support, through Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, QiGong, Women’s Circles, Aerial Yoga for Autistic children, relaxation and sound healing experiences, soon to offer movement to music and counselling. You will be encouraged to stay after sessions for refreshments and informal social interaction, helping to build lasting community connections and reduce feelings of loneliness. We hope that you feel less isolated and more connected to your community. Our sessions improve mental wellbeing and resilience and increase physical activity levels through gentle and accessible movement. We aim to build confidence and develop supportive social networks during a time of increasing financial pressure.
