Penshaw View is a family run training provide which supports people to increase their skills in order to gain access to employment or self employment. Their current Community Programme provides support for Sunderland residents who are aged 19+ and are unemployed who may be facing multiple barriers whilst preparing for employment or self employment.
The Community Programme being offered by Penshaw View may be particularly beneficial to those presenting with numerous challenges and who are furthest away from the local labour market including hardest to reach groups such as BAME, NEET, LAC, Economically inactive and unemployed.
The programme offers a blended learning approach and part time flexible sessions between 10am and 2pm through which attendees will not only develop skills and confidence but also build a new CV and access to local employers.
