Back on the Map works in the heart of the community to empower the people of Hendon to build;

A Stronger Community – Transformed Hendon branch library into a vibrant, community-led hub for social, educational and cultural activities; which since opening in May 2014 has supported over 2,000 local people.

A Better Place – 74 empty/run down homes bought, refurbished and let to good tenants who become good neighbours. £1M house purchase fund secured to grow our model of community-led housing regeneration.

An influencing Role – Work with residents to identify local priorities, come together to improve their environment and influence service delivery. Back on the Map is also dedicated to giving local people an Influencing Role within the organisation by providing opportunities at all levels for local people to actively participate through volunteering.
