Our group is a member of NAWG (The National Association of Writers’ Groups. We meet every Tuesday afternoon at Woodridge Gardens, Oxclose Road, Washington at 1.30pm until 3.30pm. Fee is just £2/week, the first week is free. Every week a theme is given to our group and we write a story or poem related to the theme. The theme is only a guidance, you may write about anything that comes to mind. We try to keep stories and poems short enough to enable everyone to read their work within the 2 hours we have allotted. New members are always welcome. All writing is food for thought, let us have yours.
