The 3H Foundation

3H helps people with disabilities and carers have a period of respite. The 3H Foundation is a registered charity that runs: 

  • A Grants Programme – assisting families on a low income who have a family member with disabilities, to organise their own UK holiday.
  • A Carers’ Programme – relaxing days out for carers, Afternoon Teas and respite pamper hampers.
  • A Group Holidays Programme – Under construction.
  • TeensPLUS Programme – supports organisations to provide their services and days out for teens with disabilities and young carers.
