Wearside Women in Need (WWIN) are looking for committed staff with a range of cross sector skills to bring to their Refuge accommodation, and community based support services, including out of hours support work with the Police. 2 x Community Outreach Workers
28 – 37 hours per week £21,074 (pro rata)
To deliver an intensive support service to women presenting with a complexity of needs. These posts will work with our refuge and IDVA services and other key partners to secure safe outcomes and sustainable housing options.
Senior Support Refuge Worker
37.5 hours per week SCP 24 – 27 (£22,401 – £24,657) (Depending on experience)
Responsible for the supervision of staff and daily operational running of the Refuge ensuring all residents have a clear and safe progression route through our services.
Various flexible Posts, 8 – 21 hours per week, £9.17 per hour
We are seeking a ‘bank’ of staff to assist in the day-to-day running of the refuge, including out of hours cover, sleepovers and casual shift work offering support, advice and guidance to women and their children living in the refuge or in the community.
30 hours per week, £20,541 – £23,111 (pro rata)
This is a great opportunity for an outgoing individual to develop innovative approaches to community, corporate and legacy fundraising building on existing strong community support.. The roll will include some evening and weekend work to attend events and meetings.
