From 1st July 2016 Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust together with partners DISC and Changing Lives are the new service providers for the Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment Service in Sunderland (Drug and Alcohol Treatment). Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Developing initiatives Supporting Communities (DISC) and Changing Lives are delighted to be working in partnership and delivering a new model of care, with recovery from addiction at its heart. To access the service, referrals can be made through the Single Point of Access on: 0800 234 6798 or by visiting one of the three Hubs:
